Hands-On A–Z Phonics Activities for Beginning Sound Practice

Each strip shows a lowercase letter followed by five matching object images. Children can name the objects and place the real mini objects beside the corresponding pictures. This side is ideal for introducing vocabulary, letter sounds, and object recognition.
Blank Side for Independent Sound Sorting
The reverse side shows the letter with five blank placement spaces. After learning the objects, children can listen for the relevant sound and place each object under the correct letter without relying on picture prompts.
