Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from Brampton, ON.
  • Our standard cutoff time is 12 PM EST, though this may vary depending on our schedule.
  • Shipping fees include packaging and handling.
  • Flat-rate shipping fees apply based on location:
    • Free shipping is available on all orders over CAD 300 within Canada.
    • Ontario: CAD 10.00 flat rate.
    • Other Canadian provinces: CAD 15.00 flat rate.
    • USA: USD 15.00 flat rate.
  • In rare cases, shipping fees may be adjusted for overweight items or remote destinations. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
  • If you require rush shipping, please contact us before placing your order via email or text, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability and shipping options. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package’s status.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery estimates do not include the day of shipping and may vary depending on the carrier.
  • If your shipment has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us. Note that shipping delays may occur during holidays.
  • While we strive to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
  • Orders shipped in multiple boxes via Canada Post may arrive separately. Please verify that you have received all packages using the tracking numbers provided.
  • In rare cases of inventory discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel unavailable items from your order and issue a refund. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Local Pickup:

Arranging a pickup time

  • After placing your order, we will contact you via email or text to schedule a pickup time.
  • Regular pickup times are Monday to Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM EST.
  • Pickup on Saturdays and Sundays is available by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a time if you need to pick up your order on the weekend.

Picking up your order

Have your order number ready upon arrival.

  • Call us at 647-939-9235 when you arrive, and we will bring your order out to you.
